The installation instruction of the box
1.Wall hanging
1.1 According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
1.2 Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
1.3 Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
1.4 Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
1.5 Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
2.Hanging rod installation
2.1Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane. 2.2 Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
2.3 The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

Loose Tube Corrugated Steel/Aluminum Tape Flame...
The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound, and a steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. The PSP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Finally, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) sheath to provide additional protection. -

The GYFJH radio frequency remote fiber optic cable. The structure of the optical cable is using two or four single-mode or multi-mode fibers which directly covered with low-smoke and halogen-free material to make tight-buffer fiber, each cable uses high-strength aramid yarn as the reinforcing element, and is extruded with a layer of LSZH inner sheath. Meanwhile, in order to fully ensure the roundness and physical and mechanical characteristics of the cable, two aramid fiber filing ropes are placed as reinforcement elements, Sub cable and the filler unit are twisted to form a cable core and then extruded by LSZH outer sheath (TPU or other agreed sheath material is also available upon request). -
Ear-Lokt Stainless Steel Buckle
Stainless steel buckles are manufactured from high quality type 200, type 202, type 304, or type 316 stainless steel to match the stainless steel strip. Buckles are generally used for heavy duty banding or strapping. OYI can emboss customers’ brand or logo onto the buckles. The core feature of the stainless steel buckle is its strength. This feature is due to the single stainless steel pressing design, which allows for construction without joins or seams. The buckles are available in matching 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, and 3/4″ widths and, with the exception of the 1/2″ buckles, accommodate the double-wrap application to solve heavier duty clamping requirements.
