Installation steps

1.Measured the three installation holes’ distances as following pictures, then drill holes in the wall, fix the customer terminal box on the wall by expansion screws.

2.Peeling cable, take out required fibers, then fixed the cable on the body of the box by joint as below picture.

3.Fusion fibers as below, then store in the fibers as below picture.

4.Store redundant fibers in the box and insert the pigtail connectors in the adapters, then fixed by cable ties.

5.Close the cover by press-pull button, the installation is finished.

    The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.

    Anchoring Clamp PA2000

    The anchoring cable clamp is of high quality and durable. This product consists of two parts: a stainless steel wire and its main material, a reinforced nylon body that is lightweight and convenient to carry outdoors. The clamp’s body material is UV plastic, which is friendly and safe and can be used in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 11-15mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly.

    FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.
