Installation steps
1.Measured the three installation holes’ distances as following pictures, then drill holes in the wall, fix the customer terminal box on the wall by expansion screws.

2.Peeling cable, take out required fibers, then fixed the cable on the body of the box by joint as below picture.
3.Fusion fibers as below, then store in the fibers as below picture.
4.Store redundant fibers in the box and insert the pigtail connectors in the adapters, then fixed by cable ties.
5.Close the cover by press-pull button, the installation is finished.

Ear-Lokt Stainless Steel Buckle
Stainless steel buckles are manufactured from high quality type 200, type 202, type 304, or type 316 stainless steel to match the stainless steel strip. Buckles are generally used for heavy duty banding or strapping. OYI can emboss customers’ brand or logo onto the buckles.
The core feature of the stainless steel buckle is its strength. This feature is due to the single stainless steel pressing design, which allows for construction without joins or seams. The buckles are available in matching 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, and 3/4″ widths and, with the exception of the 1/2″ buckles, accommodate the double-wrap application to solve heavier duty clamping requirements.

J Clamp J-Hook Small Type Suspension Clamp
OYI anchoring suspension clamp J hook is durable and of good quality, making it a worthwhile choice. It plays an important role in many industrial settings. The main material of the OYI anchoring suspension clamp is carbon steel, and the surface is electro galvanized, allowing it to last for a long period without rusting as a pole accessory. The J hook suspension clamp can be used with the OYI series stainless steel bands and buckles to fix cables onto poles, playing different roles in different places. Different cable sizes are available.
The OYI anchoring suspension clamp can be used to link signs and cable installations on posts. It is electro galvanized and can be used outside for more than 10 years without rusting. Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable
The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.

The 24-cores OYI-FAT24S optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use.
