Product Description
SC field assembled melting free physical connector is a kind of quick connector for physical connection. It uses special optical silicone grease filling to replace the easy-to-lose matching paste. It is used for quick physical connection (not matching paste connection) of small equipment. It is matched with a group of optical fiber standard tools. It is simple and accurate to complete the standard end of optical fiber and reaching the physical stable connection of optical fiber. The assembly steps are simple and low skills required. the connection success rate of our connector is nearly 100%, and the service life is more than 20 years.

1 Devices and tools
SC field assembled melting free physical connector is mainly composed of sheath, main body and nut (Fig. 1). The tools required for on-site operation are distributed as shown in Fig. 2 at 200:1 (excluding cable stripping pliers and Dust-free paper). By using the tools, referenced number of coating peeling ≥1000 times, fiber termination≥3000 times.

The OYI-FOSC-H20 dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. -
1.25Gbps 1550nm 60Km LC DDM
The SFP transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective modules supporting data rate of 1.25Gbps and 60km transmission distance with SMF. The transceiver consists of three sections: a SFP laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement and SFF-8472 digital diagnostics functions. -
OYI-ATB08B Terminal Box
OYI-ATB08B 8-Cores Terminal box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTH (FTTH drop optical cables for end connections) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall. -
OYI-FOSC-D109H
The OYI-FOSC-D109H dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 9 entrance ports on the end (8 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -
OYI-FTB-10A Terminal Box
The equipment is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx communication network system. The fiber splicing, splitting, distribution can be done in this box, and meanwhile it provides solid protection and management for the FTTx network building. -

OYI-ATB02D double-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output.
