Product Description
Our fiber optic fast connector, the OYI J type, is designed for FTTH (Fiber to The Home), FTTX (Fiber To The X). It is a new generation of fiber connector used in assembly that provides open flow and precast types, meeting the optical and mechanical specifications of standard optical fiber connectors. It is designed for high quality and high efficiency during installation.
Mechanical connectors make fiber terminations quick, easy, and reliable. These fiber optic connectors offer terminations without any hassle and require no epoxy, no polishing, no splicing, and no heating, achieving similar excellent transmission parameters as standard polishing and splicing technology. Our connector can greatly reduce the assembly and setup time. The pre-polished connectors are mainly applied to FTTH cables in FTTH projects, directly at the end-user site.

OYI-ATB08A 8-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. Insert the optical fiber into the PBT loose tube, fill the loose tube with waterproof ointment. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core, and the gap is filled with waterproof ointment. The loose tube (and filler) is twisted around the center to strengthen the core, forming a compact and circular cable core. A layer of protective material is extruded outside the cable core, and glass yarn is placed outside the protective tube as a rodent proof material. OYI-FATC 16A Terminal Box
The 16-core OYI-FATC 16A optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FATC 16A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 4 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 4 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions,and it can also accommodate 16 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 72 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs. -

The OYI-FOSC-01H horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, embedded situation, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements of seal. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables which enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. -
Anchoring Clamp PA2000
The anchoring cable clamp is of high quality and durable. This product consists of two parts: a stainless steel wire and its main material, a reinforced nylon body that is lightweight and convenient to carry outdoors. The clamp’s body material is UV plastic, which is friendly and safe and can be used in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 11-15mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly. FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.
