Peel the cable, remove the outer and inner housing, as well as any loose tube, and wash off the filling gel, leaving 1.1 to 1.6m of fiber and 20 to 40mm of steel core.
Attach the cable-pressing card to the cable, as well as the cable reinforce steel core.
Guide the fiber into the splicing and connecting tray, secure the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube to one of the connecting fibers. After splicing and connecting the fiber, move the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube and secure the stainless (or quartz) reinforce core member, ensuring that the connecting point is in the middle of the housing pipe. Heat the pipe to fuse the two together. Place the protected joint into the fiber-splicing tray. (One tray can accommodate 12-24 cores)
Lay the remaining fiber evenly in the splicing and connecting tray, and secure the winding fiber with nylon ties. Use the trays from the bottom up. Once all the fibers have been connected, cover the top layer and secure it.
Position it and use the earth wire according to the project plan.
