Optic Fiber Terminal/Distribution Panel

OYI-ODF-SR-Series Type

The OYI-ODF-SR-Series type optical fiber cable terminal panel is used for cable terminal connection and can also be used as a distribution box. It has a 19″ standard structure and is rack-mounted with a drawer structure design. It allows for flexible pulling and is convenient to operate. It is suitable for SC, LC, ST, FC, E2000 adapters, and more.

The rack mounted optical cable terminal box is a device that terminates between the optical cables and the optical communication equipment. It has the functions of splicing, termination, storing, and patching of optical cables. The SR-series sliding rail enclosure allows for easy access to fiber management and splicing. It is a versatile solution available in multiple sizes (1U/2U/3U/4U) and styles for building backbones, data centers, and enterprise applications.

Applications

Data communications networks.

Storage area network.

Fiber channel.

FTTx system wide area network.

Test instruments.

CATV networks.

Widely used in FTTH access network.

Operations

Peel the cable, remove the outer and inner housing, as well as any loose tube, and wash off the filling gel, leaving 1.1 to 1.6m of fiber and 20 to 40mm of steel core.

Attach the cable-pressing card to the cable, as well as the cable reinforce steel core.

Guide the fiber into the splicing and connecting tray, secure the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube to one of the connecting fibers. After splicing and connecting the fiber, move the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube and secure the stainless (or quartz) reinforce core member, ensuring that the connecting point is in the middle of the housing pipe. Heat the pipe to fuse the two together. Place the protected joint into the fiber-splicing tray. (One tray can accommodate 12-24 cores)

Lay the remaining fiber evenly in the splicing and connecting tray, and secure the winding fiber with nylon ties. Use the trays from the bottom up. Once all the fibers have been connected, cover the top layer and secure it.

Position it and use the earth wire according to the project plan.

      Fanout Multi-core (4~48F) 2.0mm Connectors Patc...

OYI fiber optic fanout patch cord, also known as a fiber optic jumper, is composed of a fiber optic cable terminated with different connectors on each end. Fiber optic patch cables are used in two major application areas: computer workstations to outlets and patch panels or optical cross-connect distribution centers. OYI provides various types of fiber optic patch cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, multi-core, armored patch cables, as well as fiber optic pigtails and other special patch cables. For most patch cables, connectors such as SC, ST, FC, LC, MU, MTRJ, and E2000 (APC/UPC polish) are all available.

    • Flat Twin Fiber Cable GJFJBV

      Flat Twin Fiber Cable GJFJBV

The flat twin cable uses 600μm or 900μm tight buffered fiber as the optical communication medium. The tight buffered fiber is wrapped with a layer of aramid yarn as a strength member. Such a unit is extruded with a layer as an inner sheath. The cable is completed with an outer sheath.(PVC, OFNP, or LSZH)

    • Loose Tube Non-metallic & Non-armored Fiber Optic Cable

      Loose Tube Non-metallic & Non-armored Fibe...

The structure of the GYFXTY optical cable is such that a 250μm optical fiber is enclosed in a loose tube made of high modulus material. The loose tube is filled with waterproof compound and water-blocking material is added to ensure longitudinal water-blocking of the cable. Two glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are placed on both sides, and finally, the cable is covered with a polyethylene (PE) sheath through extrusion.

    • OYI-FOSC-D106M

      OYI-FOSC-D106M

The OYI-FOSC-M6 dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
