Direct Bury (DB) 7-way 16/12mm

HDPE Tube Bundle

Direct Bury (DB) 7-way 16/12mm

A bundle of micro/mini-tubes with strengthened walls is encapsulated in a single thin HDPE sheath, enabling seamless retrofitting into existing duct infrastructures for cost-efficient fiber optical cable deployment. Optimized for high-performance air-blowing, the micro ducts feature low-friction inner surfaces that accelerate fiber optical cable installation—critical for FTTH networks, 5G backhaul systems, and metro access networks. Color-coded per Figure 1, the ducts support organized routing of multi-service fibers (e.g., DCI, smart grid), enhancing network scalability and maintenance efficiency in next-gen optical infrastructures.

Products Recommended

  • Anchoring Clamp PA3000

    Anchoring Clamp PA3000

The anchoring cable clamp PA3000 is of high quality and durable. This product consists of two parts: a stainless-steel wire and its main material, a reinforced nylon body that is lightweight and convenient to carry outdoors. The clamp’s body material is UV plastic, which is friendly and safe and can be used in tropical environments and is hung and pulled by electroplating steel wire or 201 304 stainless-steel wire. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 8-17mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly. FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.
  • OYI-FAT F24C

    OYI-FAT F24C

This box is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTX communication network system. It intergtates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one unit. Meanwhile, it provides solid protection and management for the FTTX network building.
  • OYI-FOSC-H5

    OYI-FOSC-H5

The OYI-FOSC-H5 dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
  • OYI-FOSC HO7

    OYI-FOSC HO7

The OYI-FOSC-02H horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection options: direct connection and splitting connection. It is applicable in situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, and embedded situations, among others. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter sealing requirements. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
  • Ear-Lokt Stainless Steel Buckle

    Ear-Lokt Stainless Steel Buckle

Stainless steel buckles are manufactured from high quality type 200, type 202, type 304, or type 316 stainless steel to match the stainless steel strip. Buckles are generally used for heavy duty banding or strapping. OYI can emboss customers’ brand or logo onto the buckles. The core feature of the stainless steel buckle is its strength. This feature is due to the single stainless steel pressing design, which allows for construction without joins or seams. The buckles are available in matching 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, and 3/4″ widths and, with the exception of the 1/2″ buckles, accommodate the double-wrap application to solve heavier duty clamping requirements.
  • Direct Bury (DB) 7-way 7/4mm

    Direct Bury (DB) 7-way 7/4mm

A bundle of micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened wall thickness is encased in a single thin HDPE sheath, forming a duct assembly specifically engineered for fiber optical cable deployment. This robust design enables versatile installation—either retrofitted into existing ducts or directly buried underground—supporting seamless integration into fiber optical cable networks. The micro ducts are optimized for high-efficiency fiber optical cable blowing, featuring an ultra-smooth inner surface with low-friction properties to minimize resistance during air-assisted cable insertion. Each micro duct is color-coded, facilitating quick identification and routing of fiber optical cable types (e.g., single-mode, multi-mode) during network installation and maintenance. As a leading provider of such specialized fiber optic infrastructure solutions, Oyi International., Ltd.—a dynamic, innovation-driven firm headquartered in Shenzhen, China—has been delivering world-class products and end-to-end services since 2006.
