Fiber optic fanout pigtails provide a swift method for creating communication devices in the field. They are designed, manufactured, and tested according to protocols and performance standards set by the industry, meeting your most stringent mechanical and performance specifications.

The fiber optic fanout pigtail is a length of fiber cable with a multi-core connector fixed on one end. It can be divided into single mode and multi mode fiber optic pigtail based on the transmission medium; it can be divided into FC, SC, ST, MU, MTRJ, D4, E2000, LC, etc., based on the connector structure type; and it can be divided into PC, UPC, and APC based on the polished ceramic end-face.

Oyi can provide all kinds of optic fiber pigtail products; the transmission mode, optical cable type, and connector type can be customized as needed. It offers stable transmission, high reliability, and customization, making it widely used in optical network scenarios such as central offices, FTTX, and LAN, etc.

    • MPO / MTP Trunk Cables

      MPO / MTP Trunk Cables

Oyi MTP/MPO Trunk & Fan-out trunk patch cords provide an efficient way to install a large number of cables quickly. It also provides high flexibility on unplugging and re-use. It is especially suitable for the areas that require rapid deployment of high-density backbone cabling in data centers, and high fibre environments for high performance.   MPO / MTP branch fan-out cable of us use high-density multi-core fiber cables and MPO / MTP connector through the intermediate branch structure to realize switching branch from the MPO / MTP to LC, SC, FC, ST, MTRJ and other common connectors. A variety of 4-144 single-mode and multi-mode optical cables can be used, such as common G652D/G657A1/G657A2 single-mode fiber, multimode 62.5/125, 10G OM2/OM3/OM4, or 10G multimode optical cable with high bending performance and so on .It is suitable for direct connection of MTP-LC branch cables–one end is 40Gbps QSFP+, and the other end is four 10Gbps SFP+. This connection decomposes one 40G into four 10G. In many existing DC environments, LC-MTP cables are used to support high-density backbone fibers between switches, rack-mounted panels, and main distribution wiring boards.
    • All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

      All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
    • OYI-FOSC-D103M

      OYI-FOSC-D103M

The OYI-FOSC-D103M dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 6 entrance ports on the end (4 round ports and 2 oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.
    • Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.
    • Double FRP reinforced non-metallic central bundle tube cable

Double FRP reinforced non-metallic central bund...

The structure of the GYFXTBY optical cable consists of multiple (1-12 cores) 250μm colored optical fibers (single-mode or multimode optical fibers) that are enclosed in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic and filled with waterproof compound. A non-metallic tensile element (FRP) is placed on both sides of the bundle tube, and a tearing rope is placed on the outer layer of the bundle tube. Then, the loose tube and two non-metallic reinforcements form a structure that is extruded with high-density polyethylene (PE) to create an arc runway optical cable.
    • OYI-FAT24B Terminal Box

      OYI-FAT24B Terminal Box

The 24-cores OYI-FAT24S optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use.
