The installation instruction of the box
1.Wall hanging
1.1 According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
1.2 Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
1.3 Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
1.4 Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
1.5Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
2.Hanging rod installation
2.1 Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
2.2 Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
2.3 The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

The 8-core OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. It can accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 8 cores capacity specifications to meet the expansion needs of the box. -

The OYI-FOSC-02H horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection options: direct connection and splitting connection. It is applicable in situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, and embedded situations, among others. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter sealing requirements. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. -

OYI-ATB04C 4-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall. -
All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable
The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath. -
Multi Purpose Beak-out Cable GJBFJV(GJBFJH)
The multi-purpose optical level for wiring uses subunits (900μm tight buffer, aramid yarn as a strength member), where the photon unit is layered on the non-metallic center reinforcement core to form the cable core. The outermost layer is extruded into a low smoke halogen-free material (LSZH, low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant) sheath.(PVC)
