The installation instruction of the box
1.Wall hanging
1.1 According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
1.2 Secure the box to the wall using M6 * 40 screws.
1.3 Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M6 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
1.4 Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
1.5 Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
2. pole mounting installation
2.1Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
2.2 Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
2.3 The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

Loose Tube Non-metallic & Non-armored Fibe...
The structure of the GYFXTY optical cable is such that a 250μm optical fiber is enclosed in a loose tube made of high modulus material. The loose tube is filled with waterproof compound and water-blocking material is added to ensure longitudinal water-blocking of the cable. Two glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are placed on both sides, and finally, the cable is covered with a polyethylene (PE) sheath through extrusion.

The OYI-FOSC-04H Horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, manhole of pipeline, and embedded situations, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements for sealing. The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes and the fillers are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) or steel tape is applied around the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS)

The 16-core OYI-FAT16B optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link.
