Operations

1. Peel the cable, remove the outer and inner housing, as well as any loose tube, and wash off the filling gel, leaving 1.1 to 1.6m of fiber and 20 to 40mm of steel core.
2. Attach the cable-pressing card to the cable, as well as the cable reinforce steel core.
3. Guide the fiber into the splicing and connecting tray, secure the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube to one of the connecting fibers. After splicing and connecting the fiber, move the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube and secure the stainless (or quartz) reinforce core member, ensuring that the connecting point is in the middle of the housing pipe. Heat the pipe to fuse the two together. Place the protected joint into the fiber-splicing tray. (One tray can accommodate 12-24 cores).
4. Lay the remaining fiber evenly in the splicing and connecting tray, and secure the winding fiber with nylon ties. Use the trays from the bottom up. Once all the fibers have been connected, cover the top layer and secure it.
5. Position it and use the earth wire according to the project plan.
6. Packing List:
(1) Terminal case main body: 1 piece
(2) Polishing sand paper: 1 piece
(3) Splicing and connecting mark: 1 piece
(4) Heat shrinkable sleeve: 2 to 144 pieces, tie: 4 to 24 pieces

  • Fanout Multi-core (4~144F) 0.9mm Connectors Patch Cord

    Fanout Multi-core (4~144F) 0.9mm Connectors Pat...

OYI fiber optic fanout multi-core patch cord, also known as a fiber optic jumper, is composed of a fiber optic cable terminated with different connectors at each end. Fiber optic patch cables are used in two major application areas: connecting computer workstations to outlets and patch panels or optical cross-connect distribution centers. OYI provides various types of fiber optic patch cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, multi-core, armored patch cables, as well as fiber optic pigtails and other special patch cables. For most patch cables, connectors such as SC, ST, FC, LC, MU, MTRJ, and E2000 (with APC/UPC polish) are all available.
  • Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.
  • OPGW Optical Ground Wire

    OPGW Optical Ground Wire

Layered stranded OPGW is one or more fiber-optic stainless steel units and aluminum-clad steel wires together, with stranded technology to fix the cable, aluminum-clad steel wire stranded layers of more than two layers, the product features can accommodate multiple fiber-optic unit tubes, fiber core capacity is large. At the same time, the cable diameter is relatively large, and the electrical and mechanical properties are better. The product features light weight, small cable diameter and easy installation.

  • Anchoring Clamp PA1500

    Anchoring Clamp PA1500

The anchoring cable clamp is a high-quality and durable product. It consists of two parts: a stainless steel wire and a reinforced nylon body made of plastic. The body of the clamp is made of UV plastic, which is friendly and safe to use even in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 8-12mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly. FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.
