Stay Rod

This stay rod is used to connect the stay wire to the ground anchor, also known as the stay set. It ensures that the wire is firmly rooted to the ground and everything remains stable. There are two types of stay rods available in the market: the bow stay rod and the tubular stay rod. The difference between these two types of power-line accessories is based on their designs.

The tubular stay rod is adjustable through its turnbuckle, while the bow type stay rod is further divided into different categories, including stay thimble, stay rod, and stay plate. The difference between the bow type and the tubular type is their structure. The tubular stay rod is mainly used in Africa and Saudi Arabia, whereas the bow type stay rod is widely used in Southeast Asia.

When it comes to the material of make, stay rods are made of high-grade galvanized stainless steel. We prefer this material due to its immense physical strength. The stay rod also has a high tensile strength, which keeps it intact against mechanical forces.

The steel is galvanized, hence it is free from rust and corrosion. The pole line accessory cannot be damaged by various elements.

Our stay rods come in different sizes. When buying, you should specify the size of these electrical pole  that you want. The line hardware should fit perfectly on your power-line.

Product Features

The main materials used in their manufacture include steel, malleable cast iron, and carbon steel, among others.

A stay rod has to go through the following processes before being zinc-plated or hot-dip galvanized.

The processes include: “precision – casting – rolling – forging – turning – milling – drilling and galvanizing”.

      OYI-F401

Optic patch panel provides branch connection for fiber termination. It is an integrated unit for fiber management, and can be used as distribution box. It divides into fix type and sliding-out type. This equipment function is to fix and manage the fiber optic cables inside the box as well as provide protection. Fiber optic termination box   is modular so they are applicable to your existing systems without any modification or additional work. Suitable for installation of FC, SC, ST, LC, etc. adaptors, and suitable for fiber optic pigtail or plastic box type PLC splitters.

The structure of the GYFXTY optical cable is such that a 250μm optical fiber is enclosed in a loose tube made of high modulus material. The loose tube is filled with waterproof compound and water-blocking material is added to ensure longitudinal water-blocking of the cable. Two glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are placed on both sides, and finally, the cable is covered with a polyethylene (PE) sheath through extrusion.
    • Anchoring Clamp PA2000

      Anchoring Clamp PA2000

The anchoring cable clamp is of high quality and durable. This product consists of two parts: a stainless steel wire and its main material, a reinforced nylon body that is lightweight and convenient to carry outdoors. The clamp’s body material is UV plastic, which is friendly and safe and can be used in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 11-15mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly. FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.

OYI fiber optic fanout multi-core patch cord, also known as a fiber optic jumper, is composed of a fiber optic cable terminated with different connectors at each end. Fiber optic patch cables are used in two major application areas: connecting computer workstations to outlets and patch panels or optical cross-connect distribution centers. OYI provides various types of fiber optic patch cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, multi-core, armored patch cables, as well as fiber optic pigtails and other special patch cables. For most patch cables, connectors such as SC, ST, FC, LC, MU, MTRJ, and E2000 (with APC/UPC polish) are all available.

      OYI-FOSC HO7

The OYI-FOSC-02H horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection options: direct connection and splitting connection. It is applicable in situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, and embedded situations, among others. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter sealing requirements. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
    • Direct Bury (DB) 7-way 7/3.5mm

      Direct Bury (DB) 7-way 7/3.5mm

A bundle of micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened wall thickness is encased in a single thin HDPE sheath, forming a duct assembly specifically engineered for fiber optical cable deployment. This robust design enables versatile installation—either retrofitted into existing ducts or directly buried underground—supporting seamless integration into fiber optical cable networks. The micro ducts are optimized for high-efficiency fiber optical cable blowing, featuring an ultra-smooth inner surface with low-friction properties to minimize resistance during air-assisted cable insertion. Each micro duct is color-coded per Figure 1, facilitating quick identification and routing of fiber optical cable types (e.g., single-mode, multi-mode) during network installation and maintenance.
