Stay Rod

This stay rod is used to connect the stay wire to the ground anchor, also known as the stay set. It ensures that the wire is firmly rooted to the ground and everything remains stable. There are two types of stay rods available in the market: the bow stay rod and the tubular stay rod. The difference between these two types of power-line accessories is based on their designs.

The tubular stay rod is adjustable through its turnbuckle, while the bow type stay rod is further divided into different categories, including stay thimble, stay rod, and stay plate. The difference between the bow type and the tubular type is their structure. The tubular stay rod is mainly used in Africa and Saudi Arabia, whereas the bow type stay rod is widely used in Southeast Asia.

When it comes to the material of make, stay rods are made of high-grade galvanized stainless steel. We prefer this material due to its immense physical strength. The stay rod also has a high tensile strength, which keeps it intact against mechanical forces.

The steel is galvanized, hence it is free from rust and corrosion. The pole line accessory cannot be damaged by various elements.

Our stay rods come in different sizes. When buying, you should specify the size of these electrical pole  that you want. The line hardware should fit perfectly on your power-line.

Product Features

The main materials used in their manufacture include steel, malleable cast iron, and carbon steel, among others.

A stay rod has to go through the following processes before being zinc-plated or hot-dip galvanized.

The processes include: “precision – casting – rolling – forging – turning – milling – drilling and galvanizing”.

    • Mini Steel Tube Type Splitter

      Mini Steel Tube Type Splitter

A fiber optic PLC splitter, also known as a beam splitter, is an integrated waveguide optical power distribution device based on a quartz substrate. It is similar to a coaxial cable transmission system. The optical network system also requires an optical signal to be coupled to the branch distribution. The fiber optic splitter is one of the most important passive devices in the optical fiber link. It is an optical fiber tandem device with many input terminals and many output terminals. It is especially applicable to a passive optical network (EPON, GPON, BPON, FTTX, FTTH, etc.) to connect the ODF and the terminal equipment and to achieve the branching of the optical signal.

    • LC Type

      LC Type

Fiber optic adapter, sometimes also called a coupler, is a small device designed to terminate or link fiber optic cables or fiber optic connectors between two fiber optic lines. It contains the interconnect sleeve that holds two ferrules together. By precisely linking two connectors, fiber optic adapters allow the light sources to be transmitted at their maximum and minimize the loss as much as possible. At the same time, fiber optic adapters have the advantages of low insertion loss, good interchangeability, and reproducibility. They are used to connect optical fiber connectors such as FC, SC, LC, ST, MU, MTRJ, D4, DIN, MPO, etc. They are widely used in optical fiber communications equipment, measuring appliances, and so on. The performance is stable and reliable.

    • GYFC8Y53

      GYFC8Y53

The GYFC8Y53 is a high-performance loose tube fiber optic cable engineered for demanding telecommunication applications. Constructed with multi-loose tubes filled with water-blocking compound and stranded around a strength member, this cable ensures excellent mechanical protection and environmental stability. It features multiple single-mode or multimode optical fibers, providing reliable high-speed data transmission with minimal signal loss.
With a rugged outer sheath resistant to UV, abrasion, and chemicals, GYFC8Y53 is suitable for outdoor installations, including aerial use. The cable’s flame-retardant properties enhance safety in enclosed spaces. Its compact design allows for easy routing and installation, reducing deployment time and costs. Ideal for long-haul networks, access networks, and data center interconnections, GYFC8Y53 offers consistent performance and durability, meeting international standards for optical fiber communication.

    • ADSS Down Lead Clamp

      ADSS Down Lead Clamp

The down-lead clamp is designed to guide cables down on splice and terminal poles/towers, fixing the arch section on the middle reinforcing poles/towers. It can be assembled with a hot-dipped galvanized mounting bracket with screw bolts. The strapping band size is 120cm or can be customized to customer needs. Other lengths of the strapping band are also available.

The down-lead clamp can be used for fixing OPGW and ADSS on power or tower cables with different diameters. Its installation is reliable, convenient, and fast. It can be divided into two basic types: pole application and tower application. Each basic type can be further divided into rubber and metal types, with the rubber type for ADSS and the metal type for OPGW.
