Product Description
Our fiber optic fast connector, the OYI J type, is designed for FTTH (Fiber to The Home), FTTX (Fiber To The X). It is a new generation of fiber connector used in assembly that provides open flow and precast types, meeting the optical and mechanical specifications of standard optical fiber connectors. It is designed for high quality and high efficiency during installation.
Mechanical connectors make fiber terminations quick, easy, and reliable. These fiber optic connectors offer terminations without any hassle and require no epoxy, no polishing, no splicing, and no heating, achieving similar excellent transmission parameters as standard polishing and splicing technology. Our connector can greatly reduce the assembly and setup time. The pre-polished connectors are mainly applied to FTTH cables in FTTH projects, directly at the end-user site.

It is especially suitable for the areas that require rapid deployment of high-density backbone cabling in data centers, and high fibre environments for high performance. MPO / MTP branch fan-out cable of us use high-density multi-core fiber cables and MPO / MTP connector through the intermediate branch structure to realize switching branch from the MPO / MTP to LC, SC, FC, ST, MTRJ and other common connectors. A variety of 4-144 single-mode and multi-mode optical cables can be used, such as common G652D/G657A1/G657A2 single-mode fiber, multimode 62.5/125, 10G OM2/OM3/OM4, or 10G multimode optical cable with high bending performance and so on .It is suitable for direct connection of MTP-LC branch cables–one end is 40Gbps QSFP+, and the other end is four 10Gbps SFP+. This connection decomposes one 40G into four 10G. The unit box has a metal plate structure with a box design, providing a beautiful appearance. It is designed for 19″ standard installation, offering good versatility. The unit box has a complete modular design and front operation. It integrates fiber splicing, wiring, and distribution into one. Each individual splice tray can be pulled out separately, enabling operations inside or outside the box. The 12-core fusion splicing and distribution module plays the main role, with its function being splicing, fiber storage, and protection. OYI-FAT16J-A Series Terminal Box
The 16-core OYI-FAT16J-A optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT16J-A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 4 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 4 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 16 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 16 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs. -
