Product Features
1. The closure casing is made of high-quality engineering PC plastics, providing excellent resistance against erosion from acid, alkali salt, and aging. It also has a smooth appearance and a reliable mechanical structure.
2. The mechanical structure is reliable and can withstand harsh environments, including intensive climate changes and demanding working conditions. The protection grade reaches IP68.
The splice trays inside the closure are turn-able like booklets, providing adequate curvature radius and space for winding optical fiber to ensure a curvature radius of 40mm for optical winding. Each optical cable and fiber can be operated individually.
3. The closure is compact, has a large capacity, and is easy to maintain. The elastic rubber seal rings inside the closure provide good sealing and sweat-proof performance.

Insert the optical fiber into the PBT loose tube, fill the loose tube with waterproof ointment. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core, and the gap is filled with waterproof ointment. The loose tube (and filler) is twisted around the center to strengthen the core, forming a compact and circular cable core. A layer of protective material is extruded outside the cable core, and glass yarn is placed outside the protective tube as a rodent proof material. The 16-core OYI-FAT16F optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX (solutions) access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT16F optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 3 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 3 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 16 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 16 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs. -

Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports and 2 output ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material.
