Installation steps
1.Measured the three installation holes’ distances as following pictures, then drill holes in the wall, fix the customer terminal box on the wall by expansion screws.

2.Peeling cable, take out required fibers, then fixed the cable on the body of the box by joint as below picture.
3.Fusion fibers as below, then store in the fibers as below picture.
4.Store redundant fibers in the box and insert the pigtail connectors in the adapters, then fixed by cable ties.
5.Close the cover by press-pull button, the installation is finished.

OYI G type Fast Connector
Our Fiber optic fast connector OYI G type designed for FTTH(Fiber To The Home). It is a new generation of fiber connector used in assembly. It can provide open flow and precast type, which optical and mechanical specification meets the standard optical fiber connector. It is designed for high quality and high efficiency for installation. Mechanical connectors make fiber terminaitons quick, easy and reliable. These fiber optic connectors offer terminations without any hassles and require no epoxy, no polishing, no splicing, no heating and can achieve similar excellent transmission parameters as standard polishing and spicing technology. Our connector can greatly reduce the assembly and setup time. The pre-polished connectors are mainly applied to FTTH cable in FTTH projects, directly in the end user site. -
Anchoring Clamp PA2000
The anchoring cable clamp is of high quality and durable. This product consists of two parts: a stainless steel wire and its main material, a reinforced nylon body that is lightweight and convenient to carry outdoors. The clamp’s body material is UV plastic, which is friendly and safe and can be used in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 11-15mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly. The OYI-FOSC-01H horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, embedded situation, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements of seal. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables which enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material.
