Oyi MTP/MPO Trunk & Fan-out trunk patch cords provide an efficient way to install a large number of cables quickly. It also provides high flexibility on unplugging and re-use. It is especially suitable for the areas that require rapid deployment of high-density backbone cabling in data centers, and high fibre environments for high performance.

 

MPO / MTP branch fan-out cable of us use high-density multi-core fiber cables and MPO / MTP connector

through the intermediate branch structure to realize switching branch from the MPO / MTP to LC, SC, FC, ST, MTRJ and other common connectors. A variety of 4-144 single-mode and multi-mode optical cables can be used, such as common G652D/G657A1/G657A2 single-mode fiber, multimode 62.5/125, 10G OM2/OM3/OM4, or 10G multimode optical cable with high bending performance and so on .It is suitable for direct connection of MTP-LC branch cables–one end is 40Gbps QSFP+, and the other end is four 10Gbps SFP+. This connection decomposes one 40G into four 10G. In many existing DC environments, LC-MTP cables are used to support high-density backbone fibers between switches, rack-mounted panels, and main distribution wiring boards.

      The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
