  • Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

The optical fiber is placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus hydrolyzable material. The tube is then filled with thixotropic, water-repellent fiber paste to form a loose tube of optical fiber. A plurality of fiber optic loose tubes, arranged according to color order requirements and possibly including filler parts, are formed around the central non-metallic reinforcement core to create the cable core via SZ stranding. The gap in the cable core is filled with dry, water-retaining material to block water. A layer of polyethylene (PE) sheath is then extruded.
The optical cable is laid by air blowing microtube. First, the air blowing microtube is laid in the outer protection tube, and then the micro cable is laid in the intake air blowing microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline. It is also easy to expand the pipeline capacity and diverge the optical cable.

  • Indoor Bow-type drop cable

    Indoor Bow-type drop cable

The structure of indoor optical FTTH cable is as follows: in the center is the optical communication unit. Two parallel Fiber Reinforced (FRP/Steel wire) are placed on the two sides. Then, the cable is completed with a black or colored  Lsoh Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH)/PVC sheath.

  • OYI-ATB02A Desktop Box

    OYI-ATB02A Desktop Box

OYI-ATB02A 86 double-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall.

  • Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.

  • Bare Fiber Type Splitter

    Bare Fiber Type Splitter

A fiber optic PLC splitter, also known as a beam splitter, is an integrated waveguide optical power distribution device based on a quartz substrate. It is similar to a coaxial cable transmission system. The optical network system also requires an optical signal to be coupled to the branch distribution. The fiber optic splitter is one of the most important passive devices in the optical fiber link. It is an optical fiber tandem device with many input terminals and many output terminals, and is especially applicable to a passive optical network (EPON, GPON, BPON, FTTX, FTTH, etc.) to connect the ODF and the terminal equipment and to achieve the branching of the optical signal.

  • OYI-FATC 8A Terminal Box

    OYI-FATC 8A Terminal Box

The 8-core OYI-FATC 8A optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use.

The OYI-FATC 8A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 4 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 4 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 48 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs.
