OYl L Type Fast Connector
Our fiber optic fast connector, the OYI L type, is designed for FTTH (Fiber To The Home), FTTX (Fiber To The X). Optical fibers are housed in a loose tube that is made of high-modulus plastic and filled with water blocking yarns. A layer of non-metallic strength member is stranding around the tube, and the tube is armored with the plastic coated steel tape. Then a layer of PE outer sheath is extruded. -

The fibres are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A FRP wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS) -

The structure of the GYFXTY optical cable is such that a 250μm optical fiber is enclosed in a loose tube made of high modulus material. The loose tube is filled with waterproof compound and water-blocking material is added to ensure longitudinal water-blocking of the cable. Two glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are placed on both sides, and finally, the cable is covered with a polyethylene (PE) sheath through extrusion.
