ABS Cassette Type Splitter
OYI provide a highly precise ABS cassette-type PLC splitter for the construction of optical networks. With low requirements for placement position and environment, its compact cassette-type design can easily be placed into an optical fiber distribution box, optical fiber junction box, or any kind of box that can reserve some space. It can be easily applied in FTTx construction, optical network construction, CATV networks, and more.
The ABS cassette-type PLC splitter family includes 1x2, 1x4, 1x8, 1x16, 1x32, 1x64, 1x128, 2x2, 2x4, 2x8, 2x16, 2x32, 2x64, and 2x128, which are tailored to different applications and markets. They have a compact size with wide bandwidth. All products meet ROHS, GR-1209-CORE-2001, and GR-1221-CORE-1999 standards.

OYI-ATB08A 8-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall.

All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable
The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
