Installation Instructions

With steel bands

The UPB bracket can be installed on any type of pole-drilled or undrilled-with two 20x07mm stainless steel bands plus two buckles.

Usually allow two bands of one meter each perbracket.

With bolts

If the top of the pole is drilled ( wooden poles, occasionally concrete poles ) the UPB bracket can also be secured with a 14 or 16mm bolt . The bolt length should be at least equal to the pole diameter + 50 mm ( bracket thickness).

    • Bundle Tube Type all Dielectric ASU Self-Supporting Optical Cable

Bundle Tube Type all Dielectric ASU Self-Suppor...

The structure of the optical cable is designed to connect 250 μm optical fibers. The fibers are inserted into a loose tube made of high modulus material, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The loose tube and FRP are twisted together using SZ. Water blocking yarn is added to the cable core to prevent water seepage, and then a polyethylene (PE) sheath is extruded to form the cable. A stripping rope can be used to tear open the optical cable sheath.

    • Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

The optical fiber is placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus hydrolyzable material. The tube is then filled with thixotropic, water-repellent fiber paste to form a loose tube of optical fiber. A plurality of fiber optic loose tubes, arranged according to color order requirements and possibly including filler parts, are formed around the central non-metallic reinforcement core to create the cable core via SZ stranding. The gap in the cable core is filled with dry, water-retaining material to block water. A layer of polyethylene (PE) sheath is then extruded.
The optical cable is laid by air blowing microtube. First, the air blowing microtube is laid in the outer protection tube, and then the micro cable is laid in the intake air blowing microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline. It is also easy to expand the pipeline capacity and diverge the optical cable.

    • Dead end Guy Grip

      Dead end Guy Grip

Dead-end preformed is widely used for the installation of bare conductors or overhead insulated conductors for transmission and distribution lines. The reliability and economic performance of the product are better than the bolt type and hydraulic type tension clamp that are widely used in the current circuit. This unique, one-piece dead-end is neat in appearance and free from bolts or high-stress holding devices. It can be made of galvanized steel or aluminum clad steel.

    • Stainless Steel Banding Strapping Tools

      Stainless Steel Banding Strapping Tools

The giant banding tool is useful and of high quality, with its special design for strapping giant steel bands. The cutting knife is made with a special steel alloy and undergoes heat treatment, which makes it last longer. It is used in marine and petrol systems, such as hose assemblies, cable bundling, and general fastening. It can be used with the series of stainless steel bands and buckles.

    • Simplex Patch Cord

      Simplex Patch Cord

OYI fiber optic simplex patch cord, also known as a fiber optic jumper, is composed of a fiber optic cable terminated with different connectors at each end. Fiber optic patch cables are used in two major application areas: connecting computer workstations to outlets and patch panels or optical cross-connect distribution centers. OYI provides various types of fiber optic patch cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, multi-core, armored patch cables, as well as fiber optic pigtails and other special patch cables. For most of the patch cables, connectors such as SC, ST, FC, LC, MU, MTRJ, and E2000 (with APC/UPC polish) are available. Additionally, we also offer MTP/MPO patch cords.

    • ST Type

      ST Type

Fiber optic adapter, sometimes also called a coupler, is a small device designed to terminate or link fiber optic cables or fiber optic connectors between two fiber optic lines. It contains the interconnect sleeve that holds two ferrules together. By precisely linking two connectors, fiber optic adapters allow the light sources to be transmitted at their maximum and minimize the loss as much as possible. At the same time, fiber optic adapters have the advantages of low insertion loss, good interchangeability, and reproducibility. They are used to connect optical fiber connectors such as FC, SC, LC, ST, MU, MTRJ, D4, DIN, MPO, etc. They are widely used in optical fiber communications equipment, measuring appliances, and so on. The performance is stable and reliable.
