OYI-ODF-MPO RS144 1U is a high density fiber optic patch panel that made by high quality cold roll steel material, the surface is with electrostatic powder spraying. It is sliding type 1U height for 19-inch rack mounted application. It has 3pcs plastic sliding trays, each sliding tray is with 4pcs MPO cassettes. It can load 12pcs MPO cassettes HD-08 for max. 144 fiber connection and distribution. There are cable management plate with fixing holes at back side of patch panel.

A variety of 4-144 single-mode and multi-mode optical cables can be used, such as common G652D/G657A1/G657A2 single-mode fiber, multimode 62.5/125, 10G OM2/OM3/OM4, or 10G multimode optical cable with high bending performance and so on .It is suitable for direct connection of MTP-LC branch cables–one end is 40Gbps QSFP+, and the other end is four 10Gbps SFP+. This connection decomposes one 40G into four 10G. In many existing DC environments, LC-MTP cables are used to support high-density backbone fibers between switches, rack-mounted panels, and main distribution wiring boards.

      The anchoring cable clamp is a high-quality and durable product. It consists of two parts: a stainless steel wire and a reinforced nylon body made of plastic. The body of the clamp is made of UV plastic, which is friendly and safe to use even in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 8-12mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly.

      OYI-FAT12B Terminal Box

      The 12-core OYI-FAT12B optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry-standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use.
      The OYI-FAT12B optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optic lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 2 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 12 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with a capacity of 12 cores to accommodate the expansion of the box’s usage.
