10/100/1000M adaptive fast Ethernet optical Media Converter is a new product used for optical transmission via high-speed Ethernet. It is capable of switching between twisted pair and optical and relaying across 10/100 Base-TX/1000 Base-FX and 1000 Base-FX network segments, meeting long-distance, high - speed and high-broadband fast Ethernet workgroup users’ needs, achieving high-speed remote interconnection for up to 100 km's relay-free computer data network. With steady and reliable performance, design in accordance with Ethernet standard and lightning protection, it is particularly applicable to a wide range of fields requiring a variety of broadband data network and high-reliability data transmission or dedicated IP data transfer network, such as telecommunication, cable television, railway, military, finance and securities, customs, civil aviation, shipping, power, water conservancy and oilfield etc, and is an ideal type of facility to build broadband campus network, cable TV and intelligent broadband FTTB/FTTH networks.

Instructions on Media Converter Panel
Identification for front panel of the media converter is shown below:
1.Identification of Media Converter TX - transmitting terminal; RX - receiving terminal;
2.PWR Power Indicator Light – “ON” means normal operation of DC 5V power supply adaptor.
3.1000M Indicator Light “ON” means the rate of the electric port is 1000 Mbps, while “OFF” means the rate is 100 Mbps.
4.LINK/ACT (FP) “ON” means connectivity of the optical channel; “FLASH” means data transfer in the channel; “OFF” means non-connectivity of the optical channel.
5.LINK/ACT (TP) “ON” means connectivity of the electric circuit; “FLASH” means data transfer in the circuit; “OFF” means non-connectivity of the electric circuit.
6.SD Indicator Light “ON” means input of optical signal; “OFF” means non input.
7.FDX/COL: “ON” means full duplex electric port; “OFF” means half-duplex electric port.

It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall. -
Direct Bury (DB) 4-way 14/10mm
A bundle of micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened wall thickness is encased in a single thin HDPE sheath, forming a duct assembly specifically engineered for fiber optical cable deployment. This robust design enables versatile installation—either retrofitted into existing ducts or directly buried underground—supporting seamless integration into fiber optical cable networks. The micro ducts are optimized for high-efficiency fiber optical cable blowing, featuring an ultra-smooth inner surface with low-friction properties to minimize resistance during air-assisted cable insertion. Each micro duct is color-coded per Figure 1, facilitating quick identification and routing of fiber optical cable types (e.g., single-mode, multi-mode) during network installation and maintenance. -

16 Cores Type OYI-FAT16B Terminal Box
The 16-core OYI-FAT16B optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT16B optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 2 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 16 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 16 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs. -
OYI-FTB-10A Terminal Box
The equipment is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx communication network system. The fiber splicing, splitting, distribution can be done in this box, and meanwhile it provides solid protection and management for the FTTx network building.
