OYI-ODF-MPO RS144 1U is a high density fiber optic patch panel that made by high quality cold roll steel material, the surface is with electrostatic powder spraying. It is sliding type 1U height for 19-inch rack mounted application. It has 3pcs plastic sliding trays, each sliding tray is with 4pcs MPO cassettes. It can load 12pcs MPO cassettes HD-08 for max. 144 fiber connection and distribution. There are cable management plate with fixing holes at back side of patch panel. -

A bundle of micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened wall thickness is encased in a single thin HDPE sheath, forming a duct assembly specifically engineered for fiber optical cable deployment. This robust design enables versatile installation—either retrofitted into existing ducts or directly buried underground—supporting seamless integration into fiber optical cable networks. The micro ducts are optimized for high-efficiency fiber optical cable blowing, featuring an ultra-smooth inner surface with low-friction properties to minimize resistance during air-assisted cable insertion. Each micro duct is color-coded per Figure 1, facilitating quick identification and routing of fiber optical cable types (e.g., single-mode, multi-mode) during network installation and maintenance. -

Insert the optical fiber into the PBT loose tube, fill the loose tube with waterproof ointment. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core, and the gap is filled with waterproof ointment. The loose tube (and filler) is twisted around the center to strengthen the core, forming a compact and circular cable core. A layer of protective material is extruded outside the cable core, and glass yarn is placed outside the protective tube as a rodent proof material. Then, a layer of polyethylene (PE) protective material is extruded.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS) -

The OYI-FATC-04M Series are used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable,and it is able to hold up to 16-24 subscribers ,Max Capacity 288cores splicing points as closure.They are used as a splicing closure and a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTX network system. They integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one solid protection box. The closure has 2/4/8type entrance ports on the end. The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by mechanical sealing. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -
