The closure has 5 entrance ports on the end (6 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.

The closure's main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.

The splice trays inside the closure are turn-able like booklets and have adequate curvature radius and space for winding optical fiber, ensuring a curvature radius of 40mm for optical winding.

Each optical cable and fiber can be operated individually.

Sealed silicone rubber and sealing clay are used for reliable sealing and convenient operation during the opening of the pressure seal.

The closure is of small volume, big capacity, and convenient maintenance. The elastic rubber seal rings inside the closure have good sealing and sweat-proof performance. The casing can be opened repeatedly without any air leakage. No special tools are required. The operation is easy and simple. An air valve is provided for the closure and is used to check the sealing performance.

      The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.
