Ear-Lokt Stainless Steel Buckle
Stainless steel buckles are manufactured from high quality type 200, type 202, type 304, or type 316 stainless steel to match the stainless steel strip. Buckles are generally used for heavy duty banding or strapping. OYI can emboss customers’ brand or logo onto the buckles. The core feature of the stainless steel buckle is its strength. This feature is due to the single stainless steel pressing design, which allows for construction without joins or seams. The buckles are available in matching 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, and 3/4″ widths and, with the exception of the 1/2″ buckles, accommodate the double-wrap application to solve heavier duty clamping requirements. -

The OYI-FOSC-09H Horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, manhole of pipeline, and embedded situations, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements for sealing. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 3 entrance ports and 3 output ports. The shell of the product is made from PC+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. -

Outdoor Wall-mount Fiber Optic Distribution Frame is mainly used for connecting the outdoor optical cables, optical patch cords and optical pigtails. The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. Then, the core is wrapped with swelling tape longitudinally. After part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed, it is covered with a PE sheath to form a figure-8 structure. -
ADSS Down Lead Clamp
The down-lead clamp is designed to guide cables down on splice and terminal poles/towers, fixing the arch section on the middle reinforcing poles/towers. It can be assembled with a hot-dipped galvanized mounting bracket with screw bolts. The strapping band size is 120cm or can be customized to customer needs. Other lengths of the strapping band are also available. The down-lead clamp can be used for fixing OPGW and ADSS on power or tower cables with different diameters. Its installation is reliable, convenient, and fast. It can be divided into two basic types: pole application and tower application. Each basic type can be further divided into rubber and metal types, with the rubber type for ADSS and the metal type for OPGW.
