Mechanical connectors make fiber terminations quick, easy, and reliable. These fiber optic connectors offer terminations without any hassle and require no epoxy, no polishing, no splicing, and no heating. They can achieve similar excellent transmission parameters as standard polishing and splicing technology. Our connector can greatly reduce the assembly and setup time. The pre-polished connectors are mainly applied to FTTH cable in FTTH projects, directly at the end-user site.

Product Features

Easy to operate, the connector can be directly used in ONU. With a fastening strength of more than 5 kg, it is widely used in FTTH projects for network revolution. It also reduces the use of sockets and adapters, saving project costs.

With an 86mm standard socket and adapter, the connector makes a connection between the drop cable and patch cord. The 86mm standard socket provides complete protection with its unique design.

      ADSS Down Lead Clamp

      The down-lead clamp is designed to guide cables down on splice and terminal poles/towers, fixing the arch section on the middle reinforcing poles/towers. It can be assembled with a hot-dipped galvanized mounting bracket with screw bolts. The strapping band size is 120cm or can be customized to customer needs. Other lengths of the strapping band are also available.

      The down-lead clamp can be used for fixing OPGW and ADSS on power or tower cables with different diameters. Its installation is reliable, convenient, and fast. It can be divided into two basic types: pole application and tower application.       The OYI-FOSC-D109M dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.

      The closure has 10 entrance ports on the end (8 round ports and 2 oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.

      The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.

      OYI-FATC-04M Series Type

      The OYI-FATC-04M Series are used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable,and it is able to hold up to 16-24 subscribers ,Max Capacity 288cores splicing points as closure.They are used as a splicing closure and a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTX network system. They integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one solid protection box.

      The closure has 2/4/8type entrance ports on the end. The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed  by mechanical sealing. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.

      The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.

      The OYI-FOSC-03H Horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, and embedded situations, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements for sealing. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure.

      The closure has 2 entrance ports and 2 output ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
