Fiber Optic Splice Closure Heat Shrink Type Dome Closure

OYI-FOSC-D103H

The OYI-FOSC-D103H dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
The closure has 5 entrance ports on the end (4 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.
The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.

    • Wire Rope Thimbles

      Wire Rope Thimbles

Thimble is a tool that is made to maintain the shape of a wire rope sling eye in order to keep it safe from various pulling, friction, and pounding. Additionally, this thimble also has the function of protecting the wire rope sling from being crushed and eroded, allowing the wire rope to last longer and be used more frequently. Thimbles have two main uses in our daily lives. One is for wire rope, and the other is for guy grip. They are called wire rope thimbles and guy thimbles. Below is a picture showing the application of wire rope rigging.
    • Bundle Tube Type all Dielectric ASU Self-Supporting Optical Cable

Bundle Tube Type all Dielectric ASU Self-Suppor...

The structure of the optical cable is designed to connect 250 μm optical fibers. The fibers are inserted into a loose tube made of high modulus material, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The loose tube and FRP are twisted together using SZ. Water blocking yarn is added to the cable core to prevent water seepage, and then a polyethylene (PE) sheath is extruded to form the cable. A stripping rope can be used to tear open the optical cable sheath.
    • OYI-ODF-R-Series Type

      OYI-ODF-R-Series Type

The OYI-ODF-R-Series type series is a necessary part of the indoor optical distribution frame, specially designed for optical fiber communication equipment rooms. It has the function of cable fixation and protection, fiber cable termination, wiring distribution, and protection of fiber cores and pigtails. The unit box has a metal plate structure with a box design, providing a beautiful appearance. It is designed for 19″ standard installation, offering good versatility. The unit box has a complete modular design and front operation. It integrates fiber splicing, wiring, and distribution into one. Each individual splice tray can be pulled out separately, enabling operations inside or outside the box. The 12-core fusion splicing and distribution module plays the main role, with its function being splicing, fiber storage, and protection. A completed ODF unit will include adapters, pigtails, and accessories such as splice protection sleeves, nylon ties, snake-like tubes, and screws.
    • 10&100&1000M Media Converter

      10&100&1000M Media Converter

10/100/1000M adaptive fast Ethernet optical Media Converter is a new product used for optical transmission via high-speed Ethernet. It is capable of switching between twisted pair and optical and relaying across 10/100 Base-TX/1000 Base-FX and 1000 Base-FX network segments, meeting long-distance, high – speed and high-broadband fast Ethernet workgroup users’ needs, achieving high-speed remote interconnection for up to 100 km’s relay-free computer data network. With steady and reliable performance, design in accordance with Ethernet standard and lightning protection, it is particularly applicable to a wide range of fields requiring a variety of broadband data network and high-reliability data transmission or dedicated IP data transfer network, such as telecommunication, cable television, railway, military, finance and securities, customs, civil aviation, shipping, power, water conservancy and oilfield etc, and is an ideal type of facility to build broadband campus network, cable TV and intelligent broadband FTTB/FTTH networks.
    • Loose Tube Armored Flame-retardant Direct Buried Cable

Loose Tube Armored Flame-retardant Direct Burie...

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes and the fillers are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) or steel tape is applied around the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS)
    • All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

      All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
