Fiber Optic Splice Closure Heat Shrink Type Dome Closure

OYI-FOSC-D103H

The OYI-FOSC-D103H dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
The closure has 5 entrance ports on the end (4 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.
The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.

Product Features

High-quality PC, ABS, and PPR materials are optional, which can ensure harsh conditions such as vibration and impact.

Structural parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, providing high strength and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for various environments.

The structure is strong and reasonable, with a heat shrinkable sealing structure that can be opened and reused after sealing.

It is well water and dust-proof, with a unique grounding device to ensure sealing performance and convenient installation. The protection grade reaches IP68.

The splice closure has a wide application range, with good sealing performance and easy installation.  It is produced with high-strength engineering plastic housing that is anti-aging, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and has high mechanical strength.

The box has multiple reuse and expansion functions, allowing it to accommodate various core cables.

The splice trays inside the closure are turn-able like booklets and have adequate curvature radius and space for winding optical fiber, ensuring a curvature radius of 40mm for optical winding.

Each optical cable and fiber can be operated individually.

Sealed silicone rubber and sealing clay are used for reliable sealing and convenient operation during the opening of the pressure seal.

Designed for FTTH with adapter if needed.

      OYI-OCC-C Type

Fiber optic distribution terminal is the equipment used as a connection device in the fiber optic access network for feeder cable and distribution cable. Fiber optic cables are spliced directly or terminated and managed by patch cords for distribution. With the development of FTTX, outdoor cable cross-connection cabinets will be widely deployed and move closer to the end user.
    • OYI-ATB02A Desktop Box

      OYI-ATB02A Desktop Box

OYI-ATB02A 86 double-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall.

      Direct Bury (DB) 7-way 7/3.5mm

A bundle of micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened wall thickness is encased in a single thin HDPE sheath, forming a duct assembly specifically engineered for fiber optical cable deployment. This robust design enables versatile installation—either retrofitted into existing ducts or directly buried underground—supporting seamless integration into fiber optical cable networks. The micro ducts are optimized for high-efficiency fiber optical cable blowing, featuring an ultra-smooth inner surface with low-friction properties to minimize resistance during air-assisted cable insertion. Each micro duct is color-coded per Figure 1, facilitating quick identification and routing of fiber optical cable types (e.g., single-mode, multi-mode) during network installation and maintenance.
    • ADSS Down Lead Clamp

      ADSS Down Lead Clamp

The down-lead clamp is designed to guide cables down on splice and terminal poles/towers, fixing the arch section on the middle reinforcing poles/towers. It can be assembled with a hot-dipped galvanized mounting bracket with screw bolts. The strapping band size is 120cm or can be customized to customer needs. Other lengths of the strapping band are also available. The down-lead clamp can be used for fixing OPGW and ADSS on power or tower cables with different diameters. Its installation is reliable, convenient, and fast. It can be divided into two basic types: pole application and tower application. Each basic type can be further divided into rubber and metal types, with the rubber type for ADSS and the metal type for OPGW.

      Non-metallic Strength Member Light-armored Dire...

The fibres are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A FRP wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS)
