Bare Fiber Type Splitter
OYI provide a highly precise bare fiber type PLC splitter for the construction of optical networks. The low requirements for placement position and environment, along with the compact micro design, make it especially suitable for installation in tiny rooms. It can be easily placed into different types of terminal boxes and distribution boxes, allowing for splicing and staying in tray without additional space reservation. It can be easily applied in PON, ODN, FTTx construction, optical network construction, CATV networks, and more.
The bare fiber tube type PLC splitter family includes 1x2, 1x4, 1x8, 1x16, 1x32, 1x64, 1x128, 2x2, 2x4, 2x8, 2x16, 2x32, 2x64, and 2x128, which are tailored to different applications and markets. They have a compact size with wide bandwidth. All products meet ROHS, GR-1209-CORE-2001, and GR-1221-CORE-1999 standards.

OYI fiber optic duplex patch cord, also known as a fiber optic jumper, is composed of a fiber optic cable terminated with different connectors on each end. Fiber optic patch cables are used in two major application areas: connecting computer workstations to outlets and patch panels or optical cross-connect distribution centers. OYI provides various types of fiber optic patch cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, multi-core, armored patch cables, as well as fiber optic pigtails and other special patch cables. For most patch cables, connectors such as SC, ST, FC, LC, MU, MTRJ, DIN and E2000 (APC/UPC polish) are available. Additionally, we also offer MTP/MPO patch cords. -
8 Cores Type OYI-FAT08E Terminal Box
The 8-core OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. It can accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 8 cores capacity specifications to meet the expansion needs of the box. -

The OYI-ODF-R-Series type series is a necessary part of the indoor optical distribution frame, specially designed for optical fiber communication equipment rooms. It has the function of cable fixation and protection, fiber cable termination, wiring distribution, and protection of fiber cores and pigtails. The unit box has a metal plate structure with a box design, providing a beautiful appearance. It is designed for 19″ standard installation, offering good versatility. The unit box has a complete modular design and front operation. It integrates fiber splicing, wiring, and distribution into one. Each individual splice tray can be pulled out separately, enabling operations inside or outside the box. The 12-core fusion splicing and distribution module plays the main role, with its function being splicing, fiber storage, and protection. A completed ODF unit will include adapters, pigtails, and accessories such as splice protection sleeves, nylon ties, snake-like tubes, and screws. -

This 16 Cores fiber optic access termination box is able to hold up to 16 subscribers.It is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx network system. It integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one solid protection box. The optical distribution box is a solution that facilitates the installation of optical termination in branch networks for FTTH environments. -

The OYI-FOSC-09H Horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, manhole of pipeline, and embedded situations, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements for sealing. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 3 entrance ports and 3 output ports. The shell of the product is made from PC+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
