Anchoring Clamp PA3000

The anchoring cable clamp PA3000 is of high quality and durable. This product consists of two parts: a stainless-steel wire and its main material, a reinforced nylon body that is lightweight and convenient to carry outdoors. The clamp’s body material is UV plastic, which is friendly and safe and can be used in tropical environments and is hung and pulled by electroplating steel wire or 201 304 stainless-steel wire. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 8-17mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly.

FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.

Installation Instructions

Anchoring clamps for ADSS cables installed on short spans (100 m max.)

Attach the clamp to the pole bracket using its flexible bail.

Push on the wedges by hand to initiate the gripping onto the cable.

Place the clamp body over the cable with the wedges in their back position.

Check the correct positioning of the cable between the wedges.

When the cable is brought to its installation load at the end pole, the wedges move further into the clamp body.

When installing a double dead-end leave some extra length of cable between the two clamps.

    The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
