Anchoring Clamp PA300

The anchoring cable clamp is a high-quality and durable product. It consists of two parts: a stainless-steel wire and a reinforced nylon body made of plastic. The body of the clamp is made of UV plastic, which is friendly and safe to use even in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 4-7mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly.

FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.

Installation Instructions

Anchoring clamps for ADSS cables installed on short spans (100 m max.)

Attach the clamp to the pole bracket using its flexible bail.

Place the clamp body over the cable with the wedges in their back position.

Push on the wedges by hand to initiate the gripping onto the cable.  

Check the correct positioning of the cable between the wedges.

When the cable is brought to its installation load at the end pole, the wedges move further into the clamp body.

When installing a double dead-end leave some extra length of cable between the two clamps.

    The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound.     The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes and the fillers are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) or steel tape is applied around the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS)
