Product Features
1. Self-locking mechanism: When the tail end of the band is threaded through the head and tightened, internal teeth firmly grip the tail end, automatically locking it in place. Once secured, it cannot be released without cutting.
2. High tensile strength: Made from durable nylon 66 material, it offers strong tensile strength and impact resistance. It securely holds heavy items or large bundles.
High Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of applications from household to industrial use, including cable management, securing automotive parts, and temporary fastening at construction sites.
3. Weather Resistance: Black cable ties contain UV stabilizers, making them resistant to ultraviolet rays and suitable for outdoor use. White (natural) cable ties are primarily intended for indoor use.
4. Heat Resistance: Performance varies by product, but generally operates within a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Some products offer heat resistance up to 140°C for short periods.

The fibres are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A FRP wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied.
