OYI-ATB02C one ports terminal box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall. -

The fibres are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A FRP wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS) -

16 Cores Type OYI-FAT16B Terminal Box
The 16-core OYI-FAT16B optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT16B optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 2 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 16 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 16 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs. -

The OYI-FOSC-04H Horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, manhole of pipeline, and embedded situations, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements for sealing. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports and 2 output ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.
