The Installation Instruction of the Box

Wall hanging

According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, mark 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.

Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.

Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.

Verify the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be satisfactory. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.

Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.

Hanging rod installation

Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.

Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.

The box installation and the optical cable insertion are the same as before.

    • Double FRP reinforced non-metallic central bundle tube cable

Double FRP reinforced non-metallic central bund...

The structure of the GYFXTBY optical cable consists of multiple (1-12 cores) 250μm colored optical fibers (single-mode or multimode optical fibers) that are enclosed in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic and filled with waterproof compound. A non-metallic tensile element (FRP) is placed on both sides of the bundle tube, and a tearing rope is placed on the outer layer of the bundle tube. Then, the loose tube and two non-metallic reinforcements form a structure that is extruded with high-density polyethylene (PE) to create an arc runway optical cable.

      OYI-FATC 16A Terminal Box

The 16-core OYI-FATC 16A optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use.

The OYI-FATC 16A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 4 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 4 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 16 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 72 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs.

    • OYI-FOSC H13

      OYI-FOSC H13

The OYI-FOSC-05H Horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, manhole of pipeline, and embedded situations, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements for sealing. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure.

The closure has 3 entrance ports and 3 output ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.

    • J Clamp J-Hook Small Type Suspension Clamp

J Clamp J-Hook Small Type Suspension Clamp

OYI anchoring suspension clamp J hook is durable and of good quality, making it a worthwhile choice. It plays an important role in many industrial settings. The main material of the OYI anchoring suspension clamp is carbon steel, and the surface is electro galvanized, allowing it to last for a long period without rusting as a pole accessory. The J hook suspension clamp can be used with the OYI series stainless steel bands and buckles to fix cables onto poles, playing different roles in different places. Different cable sizes are available.

The OYI anchoring suspension clamp can be used to link signs and cable installations on posts. It is electro galvanized and can be used outside for more than 10 years without rusting. There are no sharp edges, and the corners are rounded. All items are clean, rust free, smooth, and uniform throughout, and free from burrs. It plays a huge role in industrial production.

    • Anchoring Clamp JBG Series

      Anchoring Clamp JBG Series

JBG series dead end clamps are durable and useful. They are very easy to install and are specially designed for dead-ending cables, providing great support for the cables. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable and can hold cables with diameters of 8-16mm. With its high quality, the clamp plays a huge role in the industry. The anchor clamp’s main materials are aluminum and plastic, which are safe and environmentally friendly. The drop wire cable clamp has a nice appearance with a silver color and works great. It’s easy to open the bails and fix to the brackets or pigtails, making it very convenient to use without tools and saving time.

    • All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

      All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
