8 Cores Type OYI-FAT08E Terminal Box
The 8-core OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. It can accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 8 cores capacity specifications to meet the expansion needs of the box. -
FTTH Drop Cable Suspension Tension Clamp S Hook
FTTH fiber optic drop cable suspension tension clamp S hook clamps are also called insulated plastic drop wire clamps. The design of the dead-ending and suspension thermoplastic drop clamp includes a closed conical body shape and a flat wedge. It is connected to the body through a flexible link, ensuring its captivity and an opening bail. It is a kind of drop cable clamp that is widely used for both indoor and outdoor installations. It is provided with a serrated shim to increase hold on the drop wire and used to support one and two pair telephone drop wires at span clamps, drive hooks, and various drop attachments. The prominent advantage of the insulated drop wire clamp is that it can prevent electrical surges from reaching the customer premises. The working load on the support wire is effectively reduced by the insulated drop wire clamp. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests. -
OYI-FOSC-D103M
The OYI-FOSC-D103M dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 6 entrance ports on the end (4 round ports and 2 oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -

OYI-ATB02B double-port terminal box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. It uses embedded surface frame, easy to install and disassemble, it is with protective door and dusty free. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall. -
Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable
The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.
