The installation instruction of the box
1. Wall hanging
1.1According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
1.2Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
1.3Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
1.4Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
1.5Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
2.Hanging rod installation
2.1Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
2.2Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
2.3The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

The OYI-FOSC-D106H dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 7 entrance ports on the end (6 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -

The equipment is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx communication network system. The 8-core OYI-FAT08G optical terminal box mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT08G optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optic lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. It can also accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with a capacity of 1*8 mini PLC splitter to accommodate the expansion of the box’s usage. -
