The installation instruction of the box
1. Wall hanging
1.1According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
1.2Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
1.3Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
1.4Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
1.5Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
2.Hanging rod installation
2.1Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
2.2Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
2.3The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound, and a steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. The PSP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Finally, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) sheath to provide additional protection. -

Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables which enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 2 entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material. The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by mechanical sealing. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -
