Packing And Mark
OYI cables are coiled on bakelite, wooden, or ironwood drums. During transportation, the right tools should be used to avoid damaging the package and to handle them with ease. Cables should be protected from moisture, kept away from high temperatures and fire sparks, protected from over-bending and crushing, and protected from mechanical stress and damage. It is not allowed to have two lengths of cable in one drum, and both ends should be sealed. The two ends should be packed inside the drum, and a reserve length of cable not less than 3 meters should be provided.
The color of cable markings is white. The printing shall be carried out at intervals of 1 meter on the outer sheath of the cable. The legend for the outer sheath marking can be changed according to the user's requests.

FTTH fiber optic drop cable suspension tension clamp S hook clamps are also called insulated plastic drop wire clamps. The design of the dead-ending and suspension thermoplastic drop clamp includes a closed conical body shape and a flat wedge. It is connected to the body through a flexible link, ensuring its captivity and an opening bail. It is a kind of drop cable clamp that is widely used for both indoor and outdoor installations. It is provided with a serrated shim to increase hold on the drop wire and used to support one and two pair telephone drop wires at span clamps, drive hooks, and various drop attachments. The prominent advantage of the insulated drop wire clamp is that it can prevent electrical surges from reaching the customer premises. The working load on the support wire is effectively reduced by the insulated drop wire clamp. It is characterized by good corrosion resistant performance, good insulating properties, and long life service. -
Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable
The optical fiber is placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus hydrolyzable material. The tube is then filled with thixotropic, water-repellent fiber paste to form a loose tube of optical fiber. A plurality of fiber optic loose tubes, arranged according to color order requirements and possibly including filler parts, are formed around the central non-metallic reinforcement core to create the cable core via SZ stranding. The gap in the cable core is filled with dry, water-retaining material to block water. A layer of polyethylene (PE) sheath is then extruded. The optical cable is laid by air blowing microtube. First, the air blowing microtube is laid in the outer protection tube, and then the micro cable is laid in the intake air blowing microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline. It is also easy to expand the pipeline capacity and diverge the optical cable. -
Anchoring Clamp PA3000
The anchoring cable clamp PA3000 is of high quality and durable. This product consists of two parts: a stainless-steel wire and its main material, a reinforced nylon body that is lightweight and convenient to carry outdoors. The clamp’s body material is UV plastic, which is friendly and safe and can be used in tropical environments and is hung and pulled by electroplating steel wire or 201 304 stainless-steel wire. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 8-17mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly. FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests. -
