Armoured Patchcord
Oyi armoured patch cord provides flexible interconnection to active equipment, passive optical devices and cross connects. These patch cords are manufactured so as to withstand side pressure and repeated bending and are used in external applications in customer premises, central offices and in harsh environment. Armoured patch cords are constructed with a stainless steel tube over a standard patch cord with an outer jacket. The flexible metal tube limits the bending radius, preventing the optical fibre from breaking. This ensures a safe and durable optical fibre network system. According to the transmission medium, it divides to Single Mode and Multi Mode Fiber Optic Pigtail; According to the connector structure type, it divides FC, SC, ST, MU, MTRJ, D4, E2000, LC etc.; According to the polished ceramic end-face, it divides to PC, UPC and APC. Oyi can provide all kinds of optic fiber patchcord products; The transmission mode, optical cable type and connector type can be arbitrarily matched. The micro ducts are optimized for high-efficiency fiber optical cable blowing, featuring an ultra-smooth inner surface with low-friction properties to minimize resistance during air-assisted cable insertion. It is especially suitable for the areas that require rapid deployment of high-density backbone cabling in data centers, and high fibre environments for high performance. MPO / MTP branch fan-out cable of us use high-density multi-core fiber cables and MPO / MTP connector through the intermediate branch structure to realize switching branch from the MPO / MTP to LC, SC, FC, ST, MTRJ and other common connectors. A variety of 4-144 single-mode and multi-mode optical cables can be used, such as common G652D/G657A1/G657A2 single-mode fiber, multimode 62.5/125, 10G OM2/OM3/OM4, or 10G multimode optical cable with high bending performance and so on .It is suitable for direct connection of MTP-LC branch cables–one end is 40Gbps QSFP+, and the other end is four 10Gbps SFP+. This connection decomposes one 40G into four 10G. In many existing DC environments, LC-MTP cables are used to support high-density backbone fibers between switches, rack-mounted panels, and main distribution wiring boards. -
