Product Features
The closure casing is made of high-quality engineering ABS and PP plastics, providing excellent resistance against erosion from acid, alkali salt, and aging. It also has a smooth appearance and a reliable mechanical structure.
The mechanical structure is reliable and can withstand harsh environments, intense climate changes, and demanding working conditions. It has a protection grade of IP68.
The splice trays inside the closure are turn-able like booklets, with sufficient curvature radius and space for winding optical fiber, ensuring a curvature radius of 40mm for optical winding. Each optical cable and fiber can be operated individually.
The closure is compact, has a large capacity, and is easy to maintain. The elastic rubber seal rings inside the closure provide good sealing and sweat-proof performance.

Armoured Patchcord
Oyi armoured patch cord provides flexible interconnection to active equipment, passive optical devices and cross connects. These patch cords are manufactured so as to withstand side pressure and repeated bending and are used in external applications in customer premises, central offices and in harsh environment. Armoured patch cords are constructed with a stainless steel tube over a standard patch cord with an outer jacket. The flexible metal tube limits the bending radius, preventing the optical fibre from breaking. This ensures a safe and durable optical fibre network system. According to the transmission medium, it divides to Single Mode and Multi Mode Fiber Optic Pigtail; According to the connector structure type, it divides FC, SC, ST, MU, MTRJ, D4, E2000, LC etc.; According to the polished ceramic end-face, it divides to PC, UPC and APC. Armored Optic Cable GYFXTS
Optical fibers are housed in a loose tube that is made of high-modulus plastic and filled with water blocking yarns. A layer of non-metallic strength member is stranding around the tube, and the tube is armored with the plastic coated steel tape. Then a layer of PE outer sheath is extruded. -

It intergtates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one unit. Meanwhile, it provides solid protection and management for the FTTX network building. -
OYI-FOSC-D109M
The OYI-FOSC-D109M dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 10 entrance ports on the end (8 round ports and 2 oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -
OYI-FAT16J-B Series Terminal Box
The 16-core OYI-FAT16J-B optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT16J-B optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 4 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 4 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 16 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 16 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box’s expansion needs. -
ADSS Down Lead Clamp
The down-lead clamp is designed to guide cables down on splice and terminal poles/towers, fixing the arch section on the middle reinforcing poles/towers. It can be assembled with a hot-dipped galvanized mounting bracket with screw bolts. The strapping band size is 120cm or can be customized to customer needs. Other lengths of the strapping band are also available. The down-lead clamp can be used for fixing OPGW and ADSS on power or tower cables with different diameters. Its installation is reliable, convenient, and fast. It can be divided into two basic types: pole application and tower application. Each basic type can be further divided into rubber and metal types, with the rubber type for ADSS and the metal type for OPGW.
