Installation Instructions

With steel bands

The UPB bracket can be installed on any type of pole-drilled or undrilled-with two 20x07mm stainless steel bands plus two buckles.

Usually allow two bands of one meter each perbracket.

With bolts

If the top of the pole is drilled ( wooden poles, occasionally concrete poles ) the UPB bracket can also be secured with a 14 or 16mm bolt . The bolt length should be at least equal to the pole diameter + 50 mm ( bracket thickness).

Drop Fiber Optic Cable 3.8 mm constructed one single strand of fiber with 2.4 mm loose tube, protected aramid yarn layer is for strength and physical support. Outer jacket made of HDPE materials that use in applications where smoke emission and toxic fumes could pose a risk to human health and essential equipment in the event of a fire.

    • Anchoring Clamp PA600

      Anchoring Clamp PA600

The anchoring cable clamp PA600 is a high-quality and durable product. It consists of two parts: a stainless-steel wire and a reinforced nylon body made of plastic. The body of the clamp is made of UV plastic, which is friendly and safe to use even in tropical environments. The FTTH anchor clamp is designed to fit various ADSS cable designs and can hold cables with diameters of 3-9mm. It is used on dead-end fiber optic cables. Installing the FTTH drop cable fitting is easy, but preparation of the optical cable is required before attaching it. The open hook self-locking construction makes installation on fiber poles easier. The anchor FTTX optical fiber clamp and drop wire cable brackets are available either separately or together as an assembly.

FTTX drop cable anchor clamps have passed tensile tests and have been tested in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 degrees. They have also undergone temperature cycling tests, aging tests, and corrosion-resistant tests.

    • Galvanized Brackets CT8, Drop Wire Cross-arm Bracket

Galvanized Brackets CT8, Drop Wire Cross-arm Br...

It is made from carbon steel with hot-dipped zinc surface processing, which can last a very long time without rusting for outdoor purposes. It is widely used with SS bands and SS buckles on poles to hold accessories for telecom installations. The CT8 bracket is a type of pole hardware used to fix distribution or drop lines on wooden, metal, or concrete poles. The material is carbon steel with a hot-dip zinc surface. The normal thickness is 4mm, but we can provide other thicknesses upon request. The CT8 bracket is an excellent choice for overhead telecommunication lines as it allows for multiple drop wire clamps and dead-ending in all directions. When you need to connect many drop accessories on one pole, this bracket can meet your requirements. The special design with multiple holes allows you to install all accessories in one bracket. We can attach this bracket to the pole using two stainless steel bands and buckles or bolts.

    • Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

Self-supporting Figure 8 Fiber Optic Cable

The 250um fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fibers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum (or steel tape) Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a figure 8 structure. Figure 8 cables, GYTC8A and GYTC8S, are also available upon request. This type of cable is specifically designed for self-supporting aerial installation.

    • All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

      All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable

The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
