Product Features
1.The closure casing is made of high-quality engineering PC plastics, providing excellent resistance against erosion from acid, alkali salt, and aging. It also has a smooth appearance and a reliable mechanical structure.
2.The mechanical structure is reliable and can withstand harsh environments, including intensive climate changes and demanding working conditions. The protection grade reaches IP68.
3.The splice trays inside the closure are turn-able like booklets, providing adequate curvature radius and space for winding optical fiber to ensure a curvature radius of 40mm for optical winding. Each optical cable and fiber can be operated individually.
4.The closure is compact, has a large capacity, and is easy to maintain. The elastic rubber seal rings inside the closure provide good sealing and sweat-proof performance.

All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable
The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath. -
OYI-FAT12B Terminal Box
The 12-core OYI-FAT12B optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry-standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT12B optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optic lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 2 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 12 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with a capacity of 12 cores to accommodate the expansion of the box’s usage. -
