Our fiber optic fast connector, the OYI L type, is designed for FTTH (Fiber To The Home), FTTX (Fiber To The X). It is a new generation of fiber connector used in assembly that provides open flow and precast types, meeting the optical and mechanical specifications of standard optical fiber connectors. It is designed for high quality and high efficiency during installation. Mechanical connectors make fiber terminations quick, easy, and reliable. These fiber optic connectors offer terminations without any hassle and require no epoxy, no polishing, no splicing, and no heating, achieving similar excellent transmission parameters as standard polishing and splicing technology. Our connector can greatly reduce the assembly and setup time. The pre-polished connectors are mainly applied to FTTH cables in FTTH projects, directly at the end-user site. -

Optical fibers are housed in a loose tube that is made of high-modulus plastic and filled with water blocking yarns. A layer of non-metallic strength member is stranding around the tube, and the tube is armored with the plastic coated steel tape. Then a layer of PE outer sheath is extruded. -

The structure of the GYFXTY optical cable is such that a 250μm optical fiber is enclosed in a loose tube made of high modulus material. The loose tube is filled with waterproof compound and water-blocking material is added to ensure longitudinal water-blocking of the cable. Two glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are placed on both sides, and finally, the cable is covered with a polyethylene (PE) sheath through extrusion. -

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound, and a steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. The PSP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Finally, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) sheath to provide additional protection. -

OPT-ETRx-4 Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA). They are compatible with the Gigabit Ethernet standards as specified in IEEE STD 802.3. The 10/100/1000 BASE-T physical layer IC (PHY) can be accessed via 12C, allowing access to all PHY settings and features. The OPT-ETRx-4 is compatible with 1000BASE-X auto-negotiation, and have a link indication feature. PHY is disabled when TX disable is high or open.
