OYI-FAT24B Terminal Box
The OYI-FAT16A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 7 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 5 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 144 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box's expansion needs.

The distribution box can be installed by wall-mounted or pole-mounted methods, suitable for both indoor and outdoor.
Suitable for fusion splice or mechanical splice.

The Installation Instruction of the Box
Wall hanging
According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
Hanging rod installation
Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

OYI-FOSC-D109H
The OYI-FOSC-D109H dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 9 entrance ports on the end (8 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -
Ear-Lokt Stainless Steel Buckle
Stainless steel buckles are manufactured from high quality type 200, type 202, type 304, or type 316 stainless steel to match the stainless steel strip. Buckles are generally used for heavy duty banding or strapping. OYI can emboss customers’ brand or logo onto the buckles. The core feature of the stainless steel buckle is its strength. This feature is due to the single stainless steel pressing design, which allows for construction without joins or seams. The buckles are available in matching 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, and 3/4″ widths and, with the exception of the 1/2″ buckles, accommodate the double-wrap application to solve heavier duty clamping requirements. -

The 8-core OYI-FAT08A optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. -
Fiber Optic Cleaner Pen 2.5mm Type
The one-click fiber optic cleaner pen is easy to use and can be used to clean connectors and exposed 2.5mm collars in the fiber optic cable adapter. Simply insert the cleaner into the adapter and push it until you hear a “click”. The push cleaner uses a mechanical push operation to push the optical-grade cleaning tape while rotating the cleaning head to ensure that the fiber end surface is effective but gentle clean. -

Reversely, on the receiver side, the module optically demultiplexes a 40Gb/s input into 4 CWDM channels signals, and converts them to 4 channel output electrical data. -
