OYI-FAT24B Terminal Box
The OYI-FAT16A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 7 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 5 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 144 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box's expansion needs.

Optical fiber cable, pigtails, and patch cords are running through their own path without disturbing each other.
The distribution box can be flipped up, and the feeder cable can be placed in a cup-joint way, making it easy for maintenance and installation.
The distribution box can be installed by wall-mounted or pole-mounted methods, suitable for both indoor and outdoor.
Suitable for fusion splice or mechanical splice.
3 pcs of 1*8 Splitter or 1 pc of 1*16 Splitter can be installed as an option.
The distribution box have 2*25mm entry ports and 5*15mm output entry ports.

The Installation Instruction of the Box
Wall hanging
According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
Hanging rod installation
Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound, and a steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. The PSP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Finally, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) sheath to provide additional protection. -

The OYI-FOSC-D109M dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 10 entrance ports on the end (8 round ports and 2 oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -
