OYI-FAT24B Terminal Box
The OYI-FAT16A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 7 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 5 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 144 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box's expansion needs.

Optical fiber cable, pigtails, and patch cords are running through their own path without disturbing each other.
The distribution box can be flipped up, and the feeder cable can be placed in a cup-joint way, making it easy for maintenance and installation.
The distribution box can be installed by wall-mounted or pole-mounted methods, suitable for both indoor and outdoor.
Suitable for fusion splice or mechanical splice.
3 pcs of 1*8 Splitter or 1 pc of 1*16 Splitter can be installed as an option.
The distribution box have 2*25mm entry ports and 5*15mm output entry ports.

The Installation Instruction of the Box
Wall hanging
According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
Hanging rod installation
Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable
The optical fiber is placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus hydrolyzable material. The tube is then filled with thixotropic, water-repellent fiber paste to form a loose tube of optical fiber. A plurality of fiber optic loose tubes, arranged according to color order requirements and possibly including filler parts, are formed around the central non-metallic reinforcement core to create the cable core via SZ stranding. The gap in the cable core is filled with dry, water-retaining material to block water. A layer of polyethylene (PE) sheath is then extruded. The optical cable is laid by air blowing microtube. First, the air blowing microtube is laid in the outer protection tube, and then the micro cable is laid in the intake air blowing microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline. It is also easy to expand the pipeline capacity and diverge the optical cable. -
