OYI-FAT24B Terminal Box
The OYI-FAT16A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 7 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 5 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 144 cores capacity specifications to accommodate the box's expansion needs.

The Installation Instruction of the Box
Wall hanging
According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
Hanging rod installation
Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

The OYI-ODF-R-Series type series is a necessary part of the indoor optical distribution frame, specially designed for optical fiber communication equipment rooms. It has the function of cable fixation and protection, fiber cable termination, wiring distribution, and protection of fiber cores and pigtails. The unit box has a metal plate structure with a box design, providing a beautiful appearance. It is designed for 19″ standard installation, offering good versatility. The unit box has a complete modular design and front operation. It integrates fiber splicing, wiring, and distribution into one. Each individual splice tray can be pulled out separately, enabling operations inside or outside the box. The 12-core fusion splicing and distribution module plays the main role, with its function being splicing, fiber storage, and protection. All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable
The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath. -
