Applications

Data communications networks.

Storage area network.

Fiber channel.

FTTx system wide area network.

Test instruments.

CATV networks.

Widely used in FTTH access network.

Operations

Peel the cable, remove the outer and inner housing, as well as any loose tube, and wash off the filling gel, leaving 1.1 to 1.6m of fiber and 20 to 40mm of steel core.

Attach the cable-pressing card to the cable, as well as the cable reinforce steel core.

Guide the fiber into the splicing and connecting tray, secure the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube to one of the connecting fibers. After splicing and connecting the fiber, move the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube and secure the stainless (or quartz) reinforce core member, ensuring that the connecting point is in the middle of the housing pipe. Heat the pipe to fuse the two together. Place the protected joint into the fiber-splicing tray. (One tray can accommodate 12-24 cores)

Lay the remaining fiber evenly in the splicing and connecting tray, and secure the winding fiber with nylon ties. Use the trays from the bottom up. Once all the fibers have been connected, cover the top layer and secure it.

Position it and use the earth wire according to the project plan.

    • Fiber Optic Cleaner Pen 2.5mm Type

Fiber Optic Cleaner Pen 2.5mm Type

The one-click fiber optic cleaner pen is easy to use and can be used to clean connectors and exposed 2.5mm collars in the fiber optic cable adapter. Simply insert the cleaner into the adapter and push it until you hear a “click”. The push cleaner uses a mechanical push operation to push the optical-grade cleaning tape while rotating the cleaning head to ensure that the fiber end surface is effective but gentle clean.
    • 8 Cores Type OYI-FAT08E Terminal Box

8 Cores Type OYI-FAT08E Terminal Box

The 8-core OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT08E optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. It can accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 8 cores capacity specifications to meet the expansion needs of the box.
    • Central Loose Tube Armored Fiber Optic Cable

Central Loose Tube Armored Fiber Optic Cable

The two parallel steel wire strength members provide enough tensile strength. The uni-tube with special gel in the tube offers protection for the fibers. The small diameter and light weight make it easy to lay. The cable is anti-UV with a PE jacket, and is resistant to high and low temperature cycles, resulting in anti-aging and a longer lifespan.
    • FTTH Drop Cable Suspension Tension Clamp S Hook B type

FTTH Drop Cable Suspension Tension Clamp S Hook...

FTTH fiber optic drop cable suspension tension clamp S hook clamps are also called insulated plastic drop wire clamps. The design of the dead-ending and suspension thermoplastic drop clamp includes a closed conical body shape and a flat wedge. It is connected to the body through a flexible link, ensuring its captivity and an opening bail. It is a kind of drop cable clamp that is widely used for both indoor and outdoor installations. It is provided with a serrated shim to increase hold on the drop wire and used to support one and two pair telephone drop wires at span clamps, drive hooks, and various drop attachments. The prominent advantage of the insulated drop wire clamp is that it can prevent electrical surges from reaching the customer premises. The working load on the support wire is effectively reduced by the insulated drop wire clamp. It is characterized by good corrosion resistant performance, good insulating properties, and long life service. OYI offers this tension clamp with appropriate fish type, S-type, and other FTTH clamps. All the assemblies have passed the tensile tests and operation experience with temperatures ranging from -60°C up to +60°C tests.
    • ADSS Down Lead Clamp

      ADSS Down Lead Clamp

The down-lead clamp is designed to guide cables down on splice and terminal poles/towers, fixing the arch section on the middle reinforcing poles/towers. It can be assembled with a hot-dipped galvanized mounting bracket with screw bolts. The strapping band size is 120cm or can be customized to customer needs. Other lengths of the strapping band are also available. The down-lead clamp can be used for fixing OPGW and ADSS on power or tower cables with different diameters. Its installation is reliable, convenient, and fast. It can be divided into two basic types: pole application and tower application. Each basic type can be further divided into rubber and metal types, with the rubber type for ADSS and the metal type for OPGW.
    • Wire Rope Thimbles

      Wire Rope Thimbles

Thimble is a tool that is made to maintain the shape of a wire rope sling eye in order to keep it safe from various pulling, friction, and pounding. Additionally, this thimble also has the function of protecting the wire rope sling from being crushed and eroded, allowing the wire rope to last longer and be used more frequently. Thimbles have two main uses in our daily lives. One is for wire rope, and the other is for guy grip. They are called wire rope thimbles and guy thimbles. Below is a picture showing the application of wire rope rigging.
