OYI-FATC-04M Series Type
The OYI-FATC-04M Series are used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable,and it is able to hold up to 16-24 subscribers ,Max Capacity 288cores splicing points as closure.They are used as a splicing closure and a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTX network system. They integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one solid protection box. The closure has 2/4/8type entrance ports on the end. The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by mechanical sealing. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters. -

A bundle of micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened wall thickness is encased in a single thin HDPE sheath, forming a duct assembly specifically engineered for fiber optical cable deployment. This robust design enables versatile installation—either retrofitted into existing ducts or directly buried underground—supporting seamless integration into fiber optical cable networks. The micro ducts are optimized for high-efficiency fiber optical cable blowing, featuring an ultra-smooth inner surface with low-friction properties to minimize resistance during air-assisted cable insertion. Each micro duct is color-coded per Figure 1, facilitating quick identification and routing of fiber optical cable types (e.g., single-mode, multi-mode) during network installation and maintenance. -
OYI-ATB02D Desktop Box
OYI-ATB02D double-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall. -

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. Then, the core is wrapped with swelling tape longitudinally. After part of the cable, accompanied by the stranded wires as the supporting part, is completed, it is covered with a PE sheath to form a figure-8 structure. -

OYI-ODF-MPO RS 288 2U is a high density fiber optic patch panel that made by high quality cold roll steel material, the surface is with electrostatic powder spraying. It is sliding type 2U height for 19 inch rack mounted application. It has 6pcs plastic sliding trays, each sliding tray is with 4pcs MPO cassettes. It can load 24pcs MPO cassettes HD-08 for max. 288 fiber connection and distribution. There are cable management plate with fixing holes at back side of patch panel.
