Operations

Peel the cable, remove the outer and inner housing, as well as any loose tube, and wash off the filling gel, leaving 1.1 to 1.6m of fiber and 20 to 40mm of steel core.

Attach the cable-pressing card to the cable, as well as the cable reinforce steel core.

Guide the fiber into the splicing and connecting tray, secure the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube to one of the connecting fibers. After splicing and connecting the fiber, move the heat-shrink tube and splicing tube and secure the stainless (or quartz) reinforce core member, ensuring that the connecting point is in the middle of the housing pipe. Heat the pipe to fuse the two together. Place the protected joint into the fiber-splicing tray. (One tray can accommodate 12-24 cores)

Lay the remaining fiber evenly in the splicing and connecting tray, and secure the winding fiber with nylon ties. Use the trays from the bottom up. Once all the fibers have been connected, cover the top layer and secure it.

Position it and use the earth wire according to the project plan.

    • OYI-FAT48A Terminal Box

      OYI-FAT48A Terminal Box

The 48-core OYI-FAT48A series optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use. The OYI-FAT48A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage area. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 3 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 3 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 48 cores capacity specifications to meet the expansion needs of the box.
    • GYFC8Y53

      GYFC8Y53

The GYFC8Y53 is a high-performance loose tube fiber optic cable engineered for demanding telecommunication applications. Constructed with multi-loose tubes filled with water-blocking compound and stranded around a strength member, this cable ensures excellent mechanical protection and environmental stability. It features multiple single-mode or multimode optical fibers, providing reliable high-speed data transmission with minimal signal loss. With a rugged outer sheath resistant to UV, abrasion, and chemicals, GYFC8Y53 is suitable for outdoor installations, including aerial use. The cable’s flame-retardant properties enhance safety in enclosed spaces. Its compact design allows for easy routing and installation, reducing deployment time and costs. Ideal for long-haul networks, access networks, and data center interconnections, GYFC8Y53 offers consistent performance and durability, meeting international standards for optical fiber communication.
    • J Clamp J-Hook Big Type Suspension Clamp

J Clamp J-Hook Big Type Suspension Clamp

OYI anchoring suspension clamp J hook is durable and of good quality, making it a worthwhile choice. It plays an important role in many industrial settings. The main material of the OYI anchoring suspension clamp is carbon steel, with an electro galvanized surface that prevents rust and ensures a long lifespan for pole accessories. The J hook suspension clamp can be used with the OYI series stainless steel bands and buckles to fix cables onto poles, playing different roles in different places. Different cable sizes are available. The OYI anchoring suspension clamp can also be used to link signs and cable installations on posts. It is electro galvanized and can be used outdoors for over 10 years without rusting. It has no sharp edges, with rounded corners, and all items are clean, rust free, smooth, and uniform throughout, free from burrs. It plays a huge role in industrial production.
    • Indoor Bow-type drop cable

      Indoor Bow-type drop cable

The structure of indoor optical FTTH cable is as follows: in the center is the optical communication unit. Two parallel Fiber Reinforced (FRP/Steel wire) are placed on the two sides. Then, the cable is completed with a black or colored  Lsoh Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH)/PVC sheath.
    • OYI-FOSC-D106H

      OYI-FOSC-D106H

The OYI-FOSC-D106H dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. The closure has 7 entrance ports on the end (6 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material. The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.
    • Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

The optical fiber is placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus hydrolyzable material. The tube is then filled with thixotropic, water-repellent fiber paste to form a loose tube of optical fiber. A plurality of fiber optic loose tubes, arranged according to color order requirements and possibly including filler parts, are formed around the central non-metallic reinforcement core to create the cable core via SZ stranding. The gap in the cable core is filled with dry, water-retaining material to block water. A layer of polyethylene (PE) sheath is then extruded. The optical cable is laid by air blowing microtube. First, the air blowing microtube is laid in the outer protection tube, and then the micro cable is laid in the intake air blowing microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline. It is also easy to expand the pipeline capacity and diverge the optical cable.
